These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Elightcabs.com and our associated WhatsApp booking platform.
1. Service Agreement

Elightcabs.com provides a platform to connect users with taxi and car rental services in Trivandrum and surrounding areas. By booking through our website or WhatsApp bot, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
2. WhatsApp Booking & Consent

Opt-in: By initiating a conversation with our WhatsApp bot, you provide express consent to receive automated service-related messages.

Frequency: Messages will be sent per booking request (Confirmation, Driver Arrival, Invoice).

Charges: Elightcabs.com does not charge for WhatsApp messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard data rates apply.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made via the website or WhatsApp bot within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds for prepaid trips will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must not use our automated systems to:

Submit fraudulent or “ghost” bookings.

Transmit any unlawful, harassing, or inappropriate content through the WhatsApp chat interface.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% reliability, Elightcabs.com is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or technical interruptions in the WhatsApp/Meta network.
